Shaun Klein Bio

Shaun Klein is co-chair of the Firm's global Private Equity practice. He has more than 20 years of experience representing financial and strategic investors in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity securities offerings, financings and joint ventures, both domestically and in cross-border transactions. Shaun handles a wide range of corporate matters, with experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and international law. Shaun assists clients in structuring investments, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and the related senior and mezzanine financing of such transactions. His experience is in a broad range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, flexible packaging, telecommunication products, restaurant franchising and management, revenue cycle management, airport concessions, medical and dental devices, marketing and consulting services and outsourcing. He also provides corporate governance counseling and assists clients in management compensation, equity and incentive programs.
