Sean Del Giallo Bio

Sean Del Giallo is a partner in the Corporate, Securities and Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies groups in Dentons’ Ottawa office. His practice focuses primarily on corporate law, financings and mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector. Sean regularly advises high growth emerging technology companies, venture capital funds, investors and founders on corporate governance, venture capital transactions, private placements and other business law matters. As a valued member of the Dentons Canada Startup program, Sean advises Canadian entrepreneurs through all stages of the corporate growth cycle, from formation to exit. Beyond his work with companies and founders, Sean also works with many of Canada’s leading technology accelerators, venture capital firms and other institutional investors and angel groups.
