Rosalind Bynoe Bio

Rosalind L. C. Bynoe is Partner and Head of Corporate for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. She has over 30 years of local and international transactional experience with an extensive range of commercial matters, incorporations, amalgamations, reorganization, acquisitions, takeovers, debt and equity financing, and securitization. She sits on the Firm’s Legal 500 recognized team of Cross-Caribbean corporate advisors instructing international businesses, captive insurance entities, and financial institutions on complex cross-border and multijurisdictional transactions, specializing in private and public M&A, joint ventures, divestures, private equity, corporate structuring, and out-of-court restructurings. Rosalind also leads a local team focused on the review, negotiation, and drafting of corporate/commercial agreements with an emphasis on structural management, operations, financing, and succession and exit transactions. She regularly advises on corporate issues related to statutory requirements, shareholder and director, liability and other associated matters including shareholder and partnership agreements and disputes. Over the course of her practice, she has also provided legal guidance with respect to work permits, immigrant status, citizenship, and employment and labor.
