Rob’s practice focuses on representing investors and technology companies in venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Rob’s experience includes providing general corporate and securities law advice to companies through all stages of their growth, from start-up through to acquisition, merger or initial public offering. Rob also advises public company clients with respect to public and private offerings of securities, continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance and other corporate matters.
