Randolph Adler is the co-chair of Dentons' startup program and a member of the Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice. A proven leader and a dedicated advocate, Randy represents companies in all stages of development, with a particular focus on founding entrepreneurs, startups, emerging growth companies and small and mid-cap companies. He also counsels founders, executives, boards of directors, family offices and venture and private equity principals on a wide range of issues, including business strategy, capital raises, board governance, general corporate counseling, intellectual property protection, complex business disputes and strategic transactions.
