Omolola Coker Bio

Omolola is a Partner in our Firm’s Lagos office. She is member of the Energy and Project Finance practice group. Omolola’s focus is on banking and finance and energy related projects. She has advised in relation to acquisitions and disposals of interests in oil and gas, power and mining by both indigenous and international companies. She also advises investors and investees in relation to investments in start-up technology and fintech companies. She has experience in corporate/debt restructuring, financing and transaction structuring. She advises governments, project developers, financiers, domestic investors and cross-borders investors on diverse energy related matters and projects. She has advised in relation to local content requirement under Nigerian law, mergers and acquisition, reorganization, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, liquidations and divestitures.
