Matthew Gruenberg Bio

Matthew Gruenberg is a Partner in Dentons Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice. He focuses his practice on buyouts, M&A, restructurings, venture capital, and growth equity investments. Matthew represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies throughout the lifecycle of their investments, from acquisitions to management and operations through to sales, divestitures, public offerings and other liquidity events. He also advises emerging growth companies on corporate matters related to structuring, governance, shareholder relations and other commercial agreements. He has experience across a wide range of industries including FinTech, digital assets, healthcare, manufacturing and consumer retail.
