Martin Dalgleish Bio

Martin is a partner in our Corporate and Commercial practice. He has over 30 years’ experience in advising clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, governance, corporate structuring and commercial contracts. He provides advice to a range of New Zealand and overseas companies operating in a variety of sectors, working closely with C-suite executives and in-house legal teams. Martin has particular sector knowledge and experience in transport and logistics, ports, airports, electricity distribution, healthcare, technology, research and education. Martin combines his many years of legal experience with his experience as a company director to provide legal advice as well as broader business perspectives. He is valued by Boards and executives for his ability to tailor legal advice to strategic and commercial objectives.
