Manuel is the managing partner of Dentons' Lima office. As a leading corporate lawyer, Manuel regularly advises SMEs, multinational corporations, institutional investors as well as family offices on all issues of national and international corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions/private equity, financing and reorganizations. He has extensive experience in real estate and project development and in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of all types of commercial property. An intuitive and results-driven professional, Manuel is skilled in all phases of the transaction, including complex negotiations, due diligence and closings. Manuel is very active in local and cross-border matters and has participated in a series of important transactions in domestic and international markets in a variety of industries, included regulated sectors, such as oil and gas. He also acts as external general counsel and long-standing trusted advisor for a number of Peruvian companies.
