Kristina Beirne Bio

Kristina E. Beirne is a Corporate partner in Dentons’ New York office, a member of the Firm’s global German desk and serves as the US Sector Co-Lead for Life Sciences & Healthcare. A German native, she is a fully qualified lawyer in Germany as well as a member of the New York state bar. She specializes in advising clients on M&A, joint ventures and financings, with a focus on cross-border transactions, as well as on securities law matters, particularly as applied to issuers based outside the US. Kristina also has considerable experience with selling and purchasing assets of companies in bankruptcy, as well as with general corporate restructuring issues. Kristina advises German and other worldwide clients on a broad range of corporate law matters in numerous industries, including health care, life sciences, hospitality, manufacturing, consumer goods and technology. She also provides general corporate and governance advice to US and global clients with respect to their US operations.
