Jeffrey Sivek Bio

Jeff Sivek is a member of Dentons' Corporate practice, where he represents and counsels clients at all stages of growth on a variety of advisory and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity securities offerings, financings and joint ventures. Jeff has represented clients in a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, flexible packaging, restaurant franchising and management, airport concessions, medical and dental devices and marketing and consulting services. Jeff is part of a team of Dentons lawyers that act as outside general counsel on a wide variety of business matters, including business formation, corporate governance, management compensation, equity and incentive programs, strategic planning and structuring and day-to-day legal matters such as negotiation of purchase and supply agreements, commercial lease agreements, loan agreements, and employment agreements.
