Christopher Keyser Bio

Christopher A. Keyser is a partner and member of Dentons' Corporate practice. His practice focuses on advising clients with respect to their private merger, acquisition, divestiture and financing transactions, particularly in the lower middle market. Chris’s clients (private equity firms, business founders and otherwise) rely on him to be a trusted advisor to help them maximize value and manage risk. In addition to his transactional practice, Chris regularly advises private equity portfolio companies in an outside general counsel capacity on a wide variety of business matters, including business formation, corporate governance, strategic planning and structuring and day-to-day legal matters, including negotiation of purchase and supply agreements, commercial lease agreements, loan agreements and employment agreements.
