Chris Heller Bio

Chris Heller is a partner in Dentons' Corporate practice and focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and debt financing. Chris has represented buyers and sellers in billions of dollars of deal volume throughout his career and received numerous professional accolades, including designation as a Chambers-rated attorney. Before joining Dentons, Chris served as Senior Vice President, Legal & General Counsel with Velocity Technology Solutions, a global cloud managed services company. Prior to his move to Velocity, he spent 14 years at SNR Denton in the Corporate and Securities Practice group, where he focused on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and debt financing.
