Andrew Bourns is a partner in Dentons’ Business Law group. Andrew's practice is focused on advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other related transactions. He represents acquirers, targets, investors and insurers across a number of industry sectors, including technology and emerging growth, media and entertainment, manufacturing and agribusiness. Adept at leading teams of professionals through the various stages of highly complex transactions, Andrew has extensive experience helping clients achieve successful outcomes on business critical matters. In his private equity practice, Andrew advises fund sponsors in their fund formation, capital raising and portfolio management activities. Andrew also advises fund investors in their investment activities, including in relation to investments in private equity and other alternative investments funds.
