Alexandre-Philippe Avard is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group of Dentons' Montreal office. His practice focuses on commercial and insurance litigation, professional liability, constitutional and aboriginal law. Alexandre-Philippe represents corporate clients, including owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and insurance companies, in a variety of commercial disputes. He appears regularly before all levels of Quebec civil courts and domestic arbitration tribunals, as well as before various regulatory boards such as the Commission d’accès à l’information.
