Bio

Upon passing the National Bar Examination in September, 1992, Mr. Ao began working as an arbitrator for the Huhehaote Arbitration Commission in Inner Mongolia. In 1995 he established the Inner Mongolia Aide Law Firm and obtained the National CTA Qualification in the same year. Mr. Ao pursued a course of higher education in Japan in 1998, graduating with honors from Chiba University and obtaining LLM (Master of Law). During his period of study abroad, Mr. Ao was also a director of the Chinese Lawyers Association in Japan.
