Frank is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Tax Department, advising clients of tax consequences associated with complex business transactions, including domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Frank also advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with tax considerations associated with their transactions and operations. He provides strategic guidance on the structuring of partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations, ensuring compliance while optimizing tax efficiency. Additionally, Frank represents clients in controversy matters to effectively resolve disputes and negotiate favorable outcomes.
