V. Susanne Cook is a Senior Partner and Chairs the Dentons Cohen & Grigsby International Business Team. She is a business and corporate lawyer focusing her practice on counseling companies on international and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, emerging business, corporate governance, customs, export and licensing matters. She has been included in The Best Lawyers in America© for International Trade and Finance Law, and was selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Most recently, Susanne was named the 2018 and 2020 International Trade and Finance Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Pittsburgh by Best Lawyers.
