Michael Winterhalter practice is primarily transactional, focused on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and private equity transactions. In addition, he serves as general corporate counsel to a number of regional and national businesses in a variety of industries. He is co-leader of the Firm’s National Corporate practice group and the Dentons Cohen & Grigsby Corporate practice group lead. Mike also serves as a member of the Firm’s Executive and Oversight Committee and its Compensation Committee. He has formerly served as the Firm’s Vice President of Finance & Treasurer, a member of the Shareholders’ Council, and Chair of the Recruiting and Hiring Committee.
