Juliet Astbury is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Dentons Cohen & Grigsby Corporate Group, where she focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Dentons Cohen & Grigsby, Juliet was an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (London, UK), where she was a member of the Corporate practice. In that role, Juliet advised on a range of international M&A transactions, representing a number of global private equity funds, pension funds and Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds. Juliet's experience has included drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including stock purchase agreements and shareholder agreements, conducting extensive diligence exercises and coordinating closings.
