Christopher Carson serves as President and CEO of Dentons Cohen & Grigsby and is also a member of the Corporate group. Chris serves as trusted legal counsel and strategic business advisor to a diverse client base - from global companies to privately held entities - in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing transactions and general corporate law. Chris has particular experience with companies in the basic manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemicals industries. Chris' broad portfolio of business and tax transactions includes auction-based matters, negotiated mergers and acquisitions, international joint ventures and corporate finance. He counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions and various business operational issues, including asset and stock acquisitions and sales and business combinations.
