Whitney Mosby Bio

Whitney has over 20 years of experience representing banks, credit unions and other non-traditional lenders in bankruptcy, collection and restructuring matters. She represents clients in Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy cases, receiverships, mortgage foreclosure actions, litigation actions, and out-of-court workouts. Whitney also has extensive transactional experience, including loan documentation and review, secured transactions, and real estate issues. She often serves as outside general counsel for banks and credit unions. Whitney is a third-generation lawyer and has practiced her entire career at Dentons Bingham Greenebaum.
