Kyle Resetarits is a lawyer in the firm's Indianapolis office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate development, such as contract drafting and review, land and property acquisition and disposition, zoning and entitlements, entity formation and governance, financing and leasing. He represents a wide range of clients that include developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and investors. Prior to joining Dentons Bingham Greenebaum, Kyle spent two years at an Indianapolis-based real estate development company, where he served as In-House Counsel and Associate Developer. During his last year of law school, Kyle was a law clerk with Dentons Bingham Greenebaum's Indianapolis office. Kyle earned dual JD / MBA degrees from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He completed his undergraduate degree in Bloomington, also at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Kyle is now a Hoosier by choice and recently built a home with his wife in the Center Grove community of Greenwood. He enjoys cycling during his leisure time, especially when the riding benefits the 24 Foundation's efforts to raise awareness and resources for cancer survivorship and navigation.
