Jeffrey Mckenzie Bio

Jeff has been involved in the successful negotiation of billions of dollars in economic incentives, numerous mergers, acquisitions and other corporate and commercial matters; the acquisition, rezoning, financing, development, leasing and sale of industrial, commercial, recreational and residential properties and air rights; the negotiation and preparation of construction contracts; and numerous appearances before various commissions, government agencies and authorities. He serves as the US Sector Co-Lead for Transportation & Infrastructure. Jeff serves as corporate, transactional and business counsel to numerous industrial, commercial and service businesses, including in connection with local, state and federal regulatory matters; merger, divestiture, acquisition, partnership and joint venture transactions; antitrust issues; company formations and liquidations; company leadership and governance; project design and development; intellectual property development and licensing transactions; recourse and non-recourse financing; product development, sales and distribution programs; and executive employment and compensation plans. Jeff has provided extensive services and is a principal legal advisor to national and regional clients in the following industries: distilled spirits; hospitals and health care; financial services; automotive production; logistics and distribution; steel production and fabrication; construction; engineering; architecture; consumer products; real estate development and brokerage; pharmaceuticals; professional services; restaurants; and medical products and devices.
