Bradley Arnett is a member of Dentons’ Corporate group and Co-Chair of the group’s U.S. securities practice, while also serving as Managing Partner of the firm’s Cincinnati office. He focuses his practice in the areas of public and private securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, banking regulation and commercial finance. Brad leads a team of lawyers dedicated to regularly assisting a roster of public clients with current and periodic Exchange Act reporting, proxy statements and other filings made with the SEC, as well as with board of director and committee compliance matters, developing and complying with insider trading policies, and beneficial ownership and short-swing profit reporting and compliance. Brad regularly represents banks and bank holding companies in the areas of banking regulation and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents other companies, their owners and their investors in stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and other reorganizations. In addition, he frequently advises clients in commercial financing and real estate transactions and also has substantial experience advising public utilities in financing and transactional matters.
