Yang Wang Bio

Yang Wang is the managing partner of Dechert’s Beijing office. Mr. Wang has extensive experience in cross-border acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments. He also has substantial experience in initial public offerings on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He advises private equity funds, multinational companies, family offices, investment banks, Chinese private companies, as well as state-owned enterprises. Mr. Wang has also advised on a number of cross-border disputes and restructuring matters. Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Wang worked at an international law firm where he focused primarily on cross-border acquisitions and capital market transactions.
