Siew Kam Boon, co-head of Dechert’s private equity group, practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and emerging growth and venture capital, with significant experience in the technology, health care and life sciences, outsourcing, media, telecommunications, FMCG, energy, infrastructure and resources industries. Ms. Boon represents corporate clients, including private equity and venture capital funds, sovereign wealth funds and special situations groups. Ms. Boon has been listed in Best Lawyers in Singapore for corporate law since 2020. She has been recognized as a foreign expert based in Singapore for corporate and M&A in Chambers Global and Chambers Asia Pacific and has been recognized by these publications for twelve consecutive years since 2012.
