Katherine Durnan Taylor Bio

Katherine Durnan Taylor is a partner in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Public Company Advisory Groups. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies, including private equity firms, in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other significant corporate matters across a broad range of industries. Ms. Taylor joined Debevoise in 2014. She received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, in 2014. She received a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Columbia University in 2011.
