James Grimwood is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Mr. Grimwood focuses his practice on advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate clients on a variety of deal types, both domestically and internationally. He is ranked as a leading lawyer by Chambers UK (2025) in its Private Equity: Buyouts table, where he is described as “really excellent” and “deeply knowledgeable in private equity”.
