William Bruno is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Crowell & Moring, where he is a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. William’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities matters for public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, initial and follow-on securities offerings, complex commercial transactions, and corporate governance. William advises clients seeking to grow, collaborate, and secure new capital. William represents clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, automotive, education, energy, and health care. As global businesses operate in an increasingly complex regulatory environment, William provides clients with the insight necessary to navigate the disclosure rules and regulations imposed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, NYSE, Nasdaq, and FINRA. Prior to joining the firm, William was a senior associate in the corporate group of an international law firm based in that firm’s Washington, D.C., office, where he advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt offerings.
