George Schoen is Co-Head of the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, including hostile and contested transactions. Mr. Schoen also regularly counsels corporations and their directors on fiduciary duty and corporate governance matters.
