Allison Schiffman represents clients in a broad range of M&A transactions. Allison regularly supports both public and private strategic and private equity clients in both U.S. and cross-border acquisitions, sales, divestitures, carve-out transactions, minority investments, joint ventures and public company acquisitions across many industries. Allison was named as one of The Deal’s 2021 Rising Stars. Allison serves as the Managing Partner of the firm’s New York office.
