Thomas Repke has advised numerous companies on their important strategic transactions for over 30 years. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, including public and private, and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Tom was Chief M&A Counsel at Tyco International where he led M&A, joint venture, and investment transactions across all of the Company’s business units, successfully completing over 100 transactions in countries throughout the world. Tom’s pro bono work includes representing nonprofits in their corporate and transactional needs.
