Winston Gu focuses his practice on representing startup and emerging growth companies and founders on a vast range of business and legal issues throughout their business life cycle – from formation to exit – including incorporation and organizational matters, debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Winston also works closely with venture capital and private equity funds, family offices, and corporate venture groups on their investments and matters related to their portfolio companies.
