Winston Gu focuses his practice on representing startup and emerging growth companies and founders on a vast range of business and legal issues throughout their business life cycle – from formation to exit – including incorporation and organizational matters, debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
