John Clark represents lenders, borrowers, trustees, and distressed debt investors in connection with cross border and domestic financing transactions, acquisitions and restructurings. He has extensive experience advising clients on complex capital structures, security and intercreditor issues. He advises clients at all levels of the capital structure with deal experience covering a variety of sectors including, more recently, aviation, real estate, manufacturing and technology. John has also worked with private equity houses on financing various acquisitions and securing funding. John is recommended by Legal 500 for both Acquisition Finance and Bank Lending: Investment Grade Debt and Syndicated Loans and in Chambers and Partners for Banking and Finance.
