Jean Park Bio

Jean Park advises companies, investors and investment banks on a broad range of transactional and general corporate matters, including IPOs and other securities offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions, private financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also counsels late-stage private companies and public companies on the full spectrum of general corporate and securities laws matters. Jean particularly focuses on providing advice to companies and investors in the technology and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Cooley, she was a partner at Simpson Thacher and served as the head of the firm’s emerging growth companies practice.
