David Bresnick Bio

David Bresnick focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A and venture/growth capital transactions. David specializes in transactions for technology companies of all shapes and sizes, from early stage through to IPO/Exit. David has also been acting for international clients on their strategic investment , roll up plans and joint venture activity across Europe for 15+ years and has built up a deep understanding of how to structure and execute pan-European cross-border transactions for domestic and overseas clients. David joined Cooley from Morrison & Foerster. Prior to that, he was at CMS Cameron McKenna, where he headed the private equity group and led the corporate telecoms, media and technology group.
