C. Thomas Hopkins practices securities and general corporate law and has worked with public and private companies in many diverse industries. He has counseled clients in the areas of public offerings of equity and debt, M&A, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, corporate governance, corporate formations, venture finance, joint venture, licensing and strategic transactions, restructurings and workouts, and general business matters. Tom is a partner in the business department. He joined Cooley in 2013.
