Alfred Browne Bio

Alfred Browne is co-chair of Cooley’s private equity practice group. He is a member of Cooley’s M&A group and co-chair of the firm’s fintech practice. His clients include private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and strategic buyers and sellers in public and private acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts and take-private transactions. Al has experience representing a broad range of technology companies, including financial technology, software, healthcare IT, telecommunications and services companies.
