Thomas Scuderi Bio

Thomas Scuderi provides highly effective counsel on a wide array of sophisticated transactional matters, including business, corporate, banking and commercial real estate. As Chair of Connell Foley LLP’s Banking and Commercial Lending Practice Group, he has extensive experience representing major banks and commercial lending institutions in a variety of transactions, including acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage loans, asset-based loan facilities, loan restructurings and workouts. Tom regularly counsels business entities, medical practices and individuals in connection with commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, asset purchases, stock purchases, mergers, joint ventures, business formation, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, contract drafting, employment agreements and general corporate transactions. In addition, Tom is a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Borough of Ramsey, New Jersey and also represents clients before municipal planning, zoning and architectural review boards.
