Christopher Henschel handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including matters involving insurance coverage, professional liability, directors and officers and shareholder disputes, board of directors and board of trustees disputes, and contract claims. He also advises businesses and corporations as outside general counsel in a variety of transactional, employment, and litigation matters. In every client engagement, he focuses on providing excellent service and reaching a favorable, expedient outcome. Christopher often represents insurance companies in complex insurance coverage matters at the primary and excess levels. This includes cases involving general liability, executive and financial risk, as well as Bermuda-form policies. He counsels insurers on various claims, including class action, mass tort, business tort, multimedia liability, environmental liability, product liability, sexual molestation/abuse, construction and property damage, bad faith/extra-contractual damages, fraud, and other catastrophic losses. Christopher provides the full range of claim services, from coverage analysis to litigation and ADR. He also has experience with matters concerning insolvency, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights issues, including in the insurance context.
