Sophie De Beer Bio

Sophie De Beer practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as on general corporate, financial, and banking regulatory matters. Her experience includes private and public cross-border merger and acquisitions, partnerships, and transactions involving financial institutions such as banks, asset managers, and insurance companies. She is advising clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of their transactions. Sophie worked both in the Paris and New York offices of Cleary. She became counsel in the Paris office in 2005 and became partner in 2023.
