Gabriele Antonazzo Bio

Gabriele Antonazzo practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on advising private equity funds and other financial investors on all types of investments, including leveraged buy-outs, growth investments, minority investments, joint ventures and consortium deals. He has extensive experience structuring and executing transactions in Europe and Asia, often involving complex multijurisdictional issues. Gabriele joined the firm in 2000. He is based in London, where he has spent most of his career. He was also based in the Hong Kong office from 2015 to 2019, and, at the beginning of his career, spent time in our New York and Rome offices.
