Duane Mclaughlin Bio

Duane Mclaughlin practice focuses on bank lending and debt capital markets. He regularly represents investment grade and leveraged borrowers and issuers as well as private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. He also represents lenders, underwriters, and debt investors. Duane has extensive experience in acquisition financing transactions, and he has been involved in a number of transactions in Latin America. Duane joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2007.
