Denise Shiu practice focuses on international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and foreign direct investment transactions in China and the rest of Asia. Denise joined the firm in 2010 and became a partner in 2015. From 2005 to 2009, she worked as an associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
