David Singer Bio

David Singer practice focuses on corporate matters, having significant experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and venture capital transactions. He has also advised on public enforcement and internal investigations. David joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2022. From 2013 to 2015, he was based in the New York office.
