Alan Freedman Bio

Alan Freedman practice focuses on a broad range of antitrust matters, including merger review, litigation, counseling, and government investigations. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and foreign competition authorities. Alan joined the firm in 2016 and became a partner in 2024. Before law school, he worked on antitrust litigation and merger reviews at NERA Economic Consulting.
