Chantal Kordula is a go-to lawyer for complex, cross-border matters involving Latin America. She regularly represents Latin American sovereigns, state-owned entities, and corporations in their M&A, financing and infrastructure development activity, as well as multinational businesses in their investments throughout the region. The work Chantal advises on is often multifaceted and multidisciplinary, bridging M&A and finance to devise creative solutions to her clients’ biggest challenges. She also has substantial experience in a wide range of industries, including consumer products, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
