Barthelemy Faye practice focuses on corporate and financial matters and Africa-related transactions, including energy and natural resources projects, financings, acquisitions and JVs, private equity, and sovereign debt. Barthelemy joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2008. From 1998 to 2001, he was resident in the New York office.
