Jason Kreps focuses his practice on corporate, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He regularly represents companies, financial sponsors, and investors in both domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly with respect to strategic and financial-backed mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, early-stage capital generation, joint ventures, carveouts and divestitures, reorganizations, corporate governance, and commercial matters. Jason has experience in a broad range of industries, including software, financial technology and services, healthcare, life sciences, industrial services, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing.
